Brucht Chair – Distinctive leather armchair with character
The Brucht by Bendic is a distinctive leather armchair for those who appreciate exceptional design, luxurious comfort and traditional craftsmanship. With its unique shape and elegant lines, this armchair makes a striking statement in both classic and contemporary interiors.
The Brucht Chair is characterised by its gently curved, slightly raised front armrests. This distinctive design gives the armchair a strong and sophisticated appearance, while its gradually narrowing shape from front to back creates an elegant and dynamic silhouette. The result is a beautifully balanced armchair that stands out from every angle.
Exceptional comfort
The distinctive design of the Brucht Chair is complemented by excellent seating comfort. Its high-quality interior springing provides a comfortable and supportive seat, making the armchair ideal for relaxing and enjoying moments of comfort. The combination of carefully considered proportions, high-quality construction and premium materials makes the Brucht Chair a comfortable and distinctive addition to any interior.
Handcrafted full-grain leather
The Brucht is upholstered in premium full-grain leather, a natural material that develops even more character and depth over time. The leather is carefully coloured by hand using a traditional artisanal process. After colouring, a protective wax layer is applied to protect the surface while enhancing the rich and natural appearance of the leather.
Because the leather is individually handcrafted, each Brucht Chair has its own unique character. Natural variations in colour and texture are part of the beauty of genuine full-grain leather and highlight the craftsmanship behind every chair.
Smooth or buttoned back
The back of the Brucht Chair can be tailored to your preferred style. It is available with either a smooth back for a clean and contemporary appearance or a button-tufted back inspired by the iconic style of classic Chesterfield furniture.
The smooth back creates a more understated and modern look, while the button-tufted version adds a distinctive classic character and a touch of Chesterfield elegance.
A statement armchair for any interior
Whether placed in a classic interior, a sophisticated country-style setting, a luxurious living room or used as a contrasting statement piece in a contemporary space, the Brucht Chair adds character and individuality to the room.
With its distinctive design, premium full-grain leather upholstery, handcrafted finish and exceptional seating comfort, the Brucht Chair is more than just an armchair. It is a piece of furniture where design, craftsmanship and comfort come together.

With normal use, you will enjoy your Bendic furniture for years to come. We are so convinced of the quality of our furniture that we apply the following warranty conditions:
- The leather has a 5-year warranty.
- A 10-year warranty on the internal workings.
All Bendic furniture is delivered to the address indicated, either by our own delivery service or by our regular furniture transporter. Delivery to a private individual is also possible. In that case, we place the furniture in any desired location in the house, provide the seating furniture with felt if necessary and provide maintenance advice. We take any packaging material back to our warehouse for recycling.
Please note that the full-grain leather we mainly use has a number of typical characteristics. You should also remember that the structure of the leather is visible, due to the open structure of the skin. Imperfections in the leather, insect bites and scars can also be visible. Any desired colour can be made based on a full-grain leather, this is because we colour and finish the skins ourselves.
Full grain leather needs regular maintenance, for which we recommend wiping your furniture with a damp cloth regularly. We also recommend treating your furniture with a leather cream twice a year. This leather cream is available at Bendic, for the sake of completeness we have provided each piece of seating furniture with maintenance instructions.
