It uses high-quality materials such as a solid beech frame, steel nosag and coil springs and high-quality leather.The frame consists of solid beech wood. Beech is a durable type of wood, widely used as furniture construction wood because of its strength and hardness. First, steel springs are attached to the framework. These are covered with spring cloth and a layer of foam. Then black cotton cloth is placed as a finish. This black cotton fabric also has an anti-slip function to prevent the loose seat cushions from sliding.The capitoning is what gives a Chesterfield its famous look. We prefer to use full-grain leather. <\/p>\n
When upholstering, the buttons are tightened by inserting a large needle with thread through the leather to then be fastened. The creases are set into the leather and when this is done the finishing touches can begin. Decorative rivets, piping, feet in the desired color. <\/p>\n
